Foghat

Foghat

In the late 60's Roger Earl & Lonesome Dave Peverett toured America as members of the seminal British band Savoy Brown who were on the cutting edge of the emerging British blues-rock scene. Foghat was formed in 1971 when Roger and Dave left Savoy, wanting to give a more rock 'n roll flavor to the blues-boogie music they had been playing. They took America by storm during the '70s. and dominated the airwaves with classic songs such as 'Fool for the City', 'Slow Ride , Night Shift', 'Stone Blue', 'Third Time Lucky', and their cover of Willie Dixon's 'I Just Want to Make Love to You'. Foghat has never stopped touring and recording because they just love to play.
