Alright quick update:
And this a serious discussion now so no trolling.
I was tired of being vice president, and I decided to make my rules and I founded my own company (in the same industry).

First off: it's a learning experience. I had to get an EIN and I founded my company as a sole proprietorship so I can issue 1099s to my employees instead of issuing w2s through payroll. Because the government will double tax you otherwise.

I know you retards will have no idea what I'm saying, because you don't have degrees or higher education like I do, (I'm just bantering so don't get upset)... but making your own company isn't as hard as they make it out to be. As long as you don't have a smoothbrain.

30 years ago I had a boss that pulled that 1099 shit on me, I just quit filing taxes and after 6 years the IRS seized his house, I'm not lying or joking.

Yeah,I gave 20 years of my life to that company and then my own flesh and blood refused to make ME head of the company.
