They did blood tests and said it was not a heart attack because my troponin levels were not elevated. They said no blood clots. They gave me an asthma treatment and put me on oxygen for a while and then booted me out. I asked the ER doc if he knew what caused the chest pain and dizziness and he just shrugged. One of the first questions they asked me at the hospital was "Do you want to be resuscitated if your heart stops? I said, yes because I have to finish re-coding my website.
