All actions are happenning at once and in the same place. Space and time are illusions. But our minds are asking to observe a moment. We see a body in space due to this observation request to separate out the actions. That body location is subject to the expansion and contraction happening in all time and the location becomes somewhat of an average of both and an orbit results. Constant and rapid Expansion Contraction of the universe are the perceived fundamental forces that create the secondary illusion of gravity which is not a force. Pressure of expansion working against pressure of contraction creates the illusion of gravity. The Sun expanding out its system and then contracting, for example.
