Louisiana patrolman charged with 20 counts of sex abuse against police dog

BOSSIER CITY, Louisiana - A police officer in Louisiana has been arrested after he turned himself in on charges that he filmed himself having sex with an animal.
Detectives with the Louisiana State Police Special Victim's Unit began an investigation in August 2018 which resulted in a search warrant being obtained for electronic devices belonging to 38-year-old Terry Yetman, a police officer with the Bossier City Police Department.
During the search, police said they found evidence supporting possession of pornography involving sexual acts with an animal.
They said Yetman voluntarily surrendered after he learned warrants has been issued for his arrest.
He's been charged with 20 counts of sexual abuse of animal by performing sexual act with an animal and 20 counts of sexual abuse of animals by filming sexual acts with an animal.
Yetman is being held on a $350,000 bond.
Police said the investigation is ongoing and more charges are possible.
