Hi Lads,

I had a rough week. I was put into seclusion twice. Once for refusing to take a sedative and once for slapping another patient who called me an ‘asshole’ which was followed by all the others present clapping and agreeing with him.

The drive home was nice, despite the frigid weather. We had to stop to buy gas for the car and there was another patron there who was wearing wooden shoes of all things. When this dude turned and looked my way, he introduced himself as Marco. I knew immediately that it was Disturd probably looking for me to cause me grief.

The boys shoveled the driveway, so we were able to park close to the porch and get quickly into the house. My wife said that she thought there was something in the attic because she heard scratching up there during the night. I told here it was probably just a squirrel or a rat taking cover from the elements and that I would check it tomorrow. She said that it also made loud stomping sounds.

Tonight we’re having 10 bean soup, then will play a game of UNO and then kick back and watch reruns of ‘Barnaby Jones’.

His wife had gone to bed earlier, but Magus was still up, setting in the living room relaxing. The room was dark except for the fireplace, which he dared not look at for fear of seeing TA. He walked outside and looked up at the stars. It was then that he saw what appeared to be an airplane flying toward him. Suddenly Magus realized that this was not a plane but an alien spacecraft. It stopped right above him and then a bright light shone down from the UFO. He was being beamed up. He soon found himself laying on a cot, being probed by a bunch of kangaroos, at least that's what they looked like. Magus began to scream until a door opened....and Jami Lynn walked in. Magus continued to scream until he realized his wife was trying to wake him up from his nightmare. He looked around and saw that he never left the couch. He had fallen asleep and the whole thing was a bad dream.

Poor Magoo, traumatised by cute Australian fauna. You've got to careful around roos, they can slice you in 2 with their strong sharp claws.

Hi Lads,

I did not report yesterday because we went over to spend the day with my parents and did not return until after midnight yesterday. I slept quite well and had no nightmares nor did I pee the bed again.

After breakfast I went to the attic to see what might be living up there that was causing the scratching my wife heard the other day. To my surprise there was a rat that seemed to have just given birth recently and there were 7 or 8 pups along with the mother up there. Suddenly, this 6-foot-tall rat appeared and told me to get out. Fearing being bitten. I retreated downstairs.

After lunch, I went back to the attic. Much to my surprise, there were no rats present, though I still heard scratching, but could not locate the source. My wife heard nothing and assumed I solved the problem. Good enough for me. I do not like the attic anyway.

We’re having leftovers my parents sent home with us, then will be going back to the hospital. See you next weekend lads.

The weather had been unusually warm and now a thunderstorm rumbled outside as Magus rested quietly in his bunk at the asylum. He fell asleep as he thought about the coming weekend. Soon he was dreaming about being home. A pair of wooden shoes mysteriously appeared in the living room. The Dutchman must be here! Magus ran through the house looking but he couldn't find D. He went back to the living room and that's when he saw five pairs of wooden shoes. Not knowing how they got there, he began to ask the Anus Chair "Oh Anus Chair, give me your knowledge, who put the wooden shoes in my house?". The Anus Chair was silent, so Magus walked out on the porch. He heard the door lock behind him. He turned around and saw Disturd in the window laughing at him. Magus had to be sedated again as the nurse explained it was just a dream.
