Fucking Up The Website Again!

Elaine 4/30/2024 1:21 am GMT	Fucking Up The Website Again! Working on the "USA" section... that's the bit where you can pull data from US designated market areas. (I wrote this for back when I was working with curmy writing code for TV stations and advertising firms.) Reminds me of good times. I would think up the code, and curmy would walk by my desk and say, "Wouldn't it be nice if we had a button that would (fill in the blank)." And I would make that button. Then I'd give the code to curmy as ask him to "Break it". He was a really excellent hacker, and would spend a few days finding my errors and generally fucking things up. We worked well together. But what if someone impersonated someone else to their ISP, or stole their wallet or phone? Stoopid people are everywhere and not everyone knows about phishing. We do here at AE, but we could be at a local bakery buying a custard tart or vanilla slice and our phone on a table, if there was a distraction it would be bad! I know I always check before leaving the bakery or sushi shop that I always have my phone. But some people are careless. Even if we're not careless someone could steal a laptop out of a car, my buddy used to keep his work laptop in his car while he was either buying or selling stuff down in Melbourne. What if we just provide a link for approval like that sideways eye Chloe meme and then it gets approved.

I told him between Youtube, Fookbook and Funstation there really wasn't much point just going random places for most people and most of my friends were online." He replied, "Netflix was great, but apart from major social media sites he was careful about where he went online because he saw Goatse." I was like, "Dood, I thought that was before your time." So, he said, "People are still spreading it and he couldn't believe anyone would do that to themselves!"
