The pictures were taken Sunday June 28th by Valeria Margherita Zanola with Silvio Sirotto, pilot at Aeroporto Torino Aeritalia who reported the formation on June 23rd. As we can see, the farmer cropped part of the field, but let the portion with the formation remain intact.
